David Asrael, MD

Dr. David Asrael has more than ten years experience as an emergency medicine physician. He has worked at Southern Regional, Henry, and Northside Cherokee emergency departments. Dr. Asrael completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University and medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in emergency medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. In his spare time, Dr. Asrael enjoys fishing and playing with his children. 

Caleb Henson, PA-C

A native of Gainesville, GA, Caleb attended the Physician’s Assistant program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated in 2011 with a Master's in Health Science. He lives in Gainesville, with his wife, Sara, and four children, Faith, Hunter, Judah and Isaac. As a provider at Gwinnett Urgent Care, Caleb evaluates and treats a wide variety of medical conditions, provides diagnosis and medication prescriptions, sutures wounds, offers fracture care, and performs in-office procedures. In his free time, Caleb lives by the motto "GTL" which of course means Gym, Tan, Laundry. 

Mandy Ulseth, PA-C

Mandy Uselth graduated Magna cum laude from Young Harris College in Blairsville, Ga. While a student at Young Harris, in 2006, she was the captain of the soccer team when they won the Women’s Soccer National Championship. After that, she attended Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga where she graduated summa cum laude. Mandy then continued to the University of South Alabama for PA school where she graduated with honors. In her free time, she enjoys soccer, traveling and mud runs. Mandy is also active with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Recently, Mandy has accepted that she has a mild to severe chapstick addiction. She is currently down from ten chapsticks on her person at all times to five. The struggle is real!

Olivia Flory, PA-C

Olivia Flory is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She graduated magna cum laude from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2008. She went on to complete PA school at The Medical College of Georgia. She graduated summa cum laude in 2015 and earned her certification the same year. Olivia has worked at Gwinnett Urgent Care since then. In her free time, she and her husband, Nick, love hanging out with their families and two dogs. They enjoy traveling, gardening, and hiking but spend more time eating cookies and ice cream while watching tv. 

Elliot Stokes, PA-C

Elliot is a native of Minneapolis MN. He graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul and moved to Georgia to attend PA school at the Medical College of Georgia. Elliot and his wife have 2 wonderful children, Whit and William. In his free time Elliot enjoys running, reading, and playing in the snow (when he is back home). His co-workers have determined that Elliot's true loves include coffee and non stop snacking. 

Jake Summerford, PA-C

Jake graduated from the University of Georgia in 2010. He then went on to the Medical College of Georgia where he graduated in 2015. Jake and his wife Corinne enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching UGA football together in their free time. Jake can often be heard reciting the Georgia football fan motto, "There is always next year". His co-workers lovingly refer to him as Jake from State Farm.
