Gwinnett Urgent Care was founded by an Emergency Room physician desiring to diagnose and treat urgent care patients

quickly, at a reasonable cost, and without the necessary processes required by a hospital system. Our physicians are board-certified emergency medicine physicians. All of our staff is professionally trained to provide excellent and compassionate care for our patients.
Dr. Ronald Perry received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He finished in the top of his medical school class and scored in the 99th percentile on his national board exams. He received his Emergency Medicine training at the University of Pennsylvania. He is among the few elite physicians to have also completed specific board certification in Urgent Care Medicine.
Prior to his medical education and training, Dr. Perry received his PhD in biochemistry at the Medical College of Georgia. He then completed a post-doctoral fellowship in toxicology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
He also worked as a forensic toxicologist and has served on faculty at several medical universities, including the Medical College of Georgia, the Medical College of Virginia, the University of Texas, and the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
