At Nuvo 360 Medical Hormone Replacement we do not offer a "one size fits all" approach to hormone replacement and enhancement. Everyone is unique and our hormone therapy programs reflect that. Our hGH and Testosterone therapy programs are designed to meet your specific hormonal, nutritional, and performance goals and are formulated based on your lab work, physical exam, and symptoms. Exact pricing for hGH, Testosterone, and other therapies may vary based on your goals and expectations. The basic fees listed below cover a majority of the options available. Also note that these services are not covered by insurance however they may be covered by Medical Savings Accounts.
Physician Fees
On your initial consultation, Dr Perry will conduct a physical exam and discuss your fitness and performance goals. At that time we will discuss your options based on your goals and expectations and give you a realistic time commitment to achieve those goals. The initial consultation fee is $250.
Lab Testing and Pricing
The next step of the hormone replacement / hormone enhancement program is to get a full panel of lab work in order to customize a program for you. Blood and or saliva is collected and the following tests are performed:
- Complete Blood Count
- Complete Metabolic Profile
- Lipid Panel
- PSA (men only)
- Testosterone Free and Total
- IGF-1
- Estradiol
- Thyroid Panel
- Progesterone
The price of the lab work is $350 which includes your follow up consultation with Dr. Perry to discuss the results and again evaluate your goals. Additional lab tests may be performed periodically to ensure your levels are being maintained. These follow up lab tests cost $75.
Beginning Treatment
Once you have completed the required lab work and physical exam and decided on your treatment plan, Dr. Perry will prescribe the medications and appropriate dosages required to bring your hormones to their optimal levels. The price for your program will depend on your goals and which medications are required for you to achieve hormonal balance.
Testosterone Therapy Prices
Pricing for our testosterone therapy program includes hormones and one follow up lab test to ensure the dosage is correct. The monthly price for a testosterone program will range between $150 and $350 depending on dosages and how the hormones are adminstered (gels or injections) and other medications such as estrogen blockers, HCG and/or Clomid, etc.
Human Growth Hormone Therapy Prices
Human Growth Hormone Therapy is only prescribed if lab work and the physical exam indicate a growth hormone deficiency. Our growth hormone progarms include follow up lab work, follow up consultations and physical exams. The monthly price for a growth hormone therapy program begins at $500.
