Saturday and Sunday

Come in during the weekend and we give you 3 choices.

Bring in 5 canned good which will be donated to the North Gwinnett Food Co-op and your H1N1 Vaccine Flu Shot is FREE

Choice 3
Bring in a new toy, wrapped for Toys for Tots and your H1N1 Vaccine Flu Shot is FREE.

H1N1 vaccines are given Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Who Is Eligible For The H1N1 Vaccine Flu Shot?

The following is a list from the CDC on the specific groups of individuals who are eligible to receive the H1N1 flu shot.

Pregnant Women
Household contacts and caregivers of children less than 6 months of age
Healthcare and emergency medical services personnel
All people from 6 months to 24 years of age
Persons aged 25 through 64 years who have health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza.
